Summer Is Almost Here!
WE NEED YOU!
It is almost summer camp time at NBS! July and August are getting closer and closer. We have been praying, planning, and recruiting US teams to be part of the NBS/FON summer camps, which allow us to build on the foundations of faith teaching laid during the school year.
We need your prayer for our teams, our local leaders, the kids and families who attend, and for camps to be BIG in the faith lives of the kids. NBS kids have been under incredible stress over the last year and half. Camp is life changing!
We also need your financial support to provide a $200 scholarship for kids to attend camp. Would you, your family, your SS class or small group, church, children's group, or others you know sponsor a child for camp? We still have 135 kids in need of scholarship. Partial scholarships are also helpful. Prayerfully give as the Lord leads you. You could be the light to impact their summer and transform their lives! Click the button below to to help us provide a safe, fun camp full of faith teaching to as many kids as possible!
Thank you!

US NBS College Students
University of Mobile
Yonan Hanna is a graduate of NBS and is currently attending the University of Mobile in Alabama. Yonan is a Friends of Nazareth Scholarship recipient. Yonan is pictured above with Dr. Doug Wilson, Executive Director of the Center for Christian Calling and professor of Biblical Studies at the University of Mobile.
Yonan told us, "This year has been full of unexpected turns, deep growth, and God’s steady faithfulness. I just wrapped up another year of theological studies at the University of Mobile, where I’ve been stretched both academically and spiritually. One of the unexpected gifts this year has been the chance to serve in several different ways. I’ve been part of the campus ministries team hosting worship nights, Bible studies, serve days, and spiritual events on campus. I was inducted into the Theology Honors Society and get to represent the School of Christian Studies in student government. All of that has been humbling and. honestly, a little overwhelming at times, but God has used it to grow my love for His church.
Outside of school, I’ve been leading Bible studies, helping teach English through the International language school, and connecting with international students on campus. (See photo below.) I’ve also had the privilege of interning at my local church, Moffett Road Baptist Church, and joining teams that go out to rehab centers to share the Gospel. Each of those experiences has reminded me just how powerful and personal God’s Word is when it meets people in their real-life moments.
Though being far from Nazareth has been hard at times, I’ve seen how God is using this season to shape me. I’m learning not just to study the Word, but to live it slowly, daily, and honestly. I’m deeply thankful for the prayers and support that have carried me through this year.
One verse that’s shaped me this year is 1 Peter 3:15–18. It’s a reminder to always be ready to share the hope I have with gentleness and to do good even when it’s hard, just as Christ gave Himself, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring us to God."
FON is proud of you, Yonan, and is praying for you as you continue your studies at the University of Mobile the next school year.
NBS 2025 Messiah University Graduate
Adi Mansour is a Nazareth Baptist School graduate, who has been studying at Messiah University in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Adi graduated with a degree in Cybersecurity and International Business. Adi's mom shared "that one of the professors told them that the university will continue to feel his influence long after he is gone." Adi will now be going to New York for an internship. Congratulations, Adi, for a job well done! Thank you for representing NBS so well.
